Charles was extremely patient ang guided us through the whole process it was great experience.

I had an agent for 6 mths before Charles, she only showed the house 3 times. Her photos and wording on my property were terrible, I spoke with her but she wouldn't change anything. I was very disappointed with her work, I had to pay for the photos that were put on the internet. My experience was great, in every way. I had another agent from another company, she basically wasted 6 months of my time and effort to sell my house. She had horrible pictures and wording online, when I ask her to change them she wouldn't. I paid her for the pictures that were taken by the drone and she took the rest they were bad.
